TIME FOR REFLECTION & RENEWAL

GOFF was just beginning to travel the film festival circuit when the pandemic surged across the globe. We canceled most of our screenings, while postponing others to experimental virtual premieres. After the Chicago Underground Film Festival in November 2020, we halted all remaining screenings and decided to take the time to revisit the final cut of the documentary.

Not one to idle, we used this as a creative opportunity to reflect and refine the theatrical edit and one year later during Tulsa’s inaugural “Goff Fest” we premiered the new version of our documentary at our beloved home theatre in Tulsa, the Circle Cinema. While seating was adjusted for appropriate social distancing, the reception of GOFF the documentary was enthusiastically received to a ‘full-house.’
